Mortgage Training Group is the only mortgage school with a state approved program, Loan Processor/Loan Officer. Students can take the whole program, or modules within the program to attain the specific type of training needed for the mortgage industry.

We offer “hands on” training using loan packages which gives the students the feel of working in a mortgage office. We believe the students learn their new careers better when utilizing the latest technology used by today’s mortgage professionals. Practicing on loan packages will give the student the real life experience that mortgage companies are looking for.

We also offer loan packages for the student to work on with a loan processor (outside of classroom time) for added experience and knowledge (Loan Processor/Loan Officer course only). The Loan Processor/Loan Officer course offers other unique opportunities for the student not currently offered by any other school.
