This program is designed to re-train individuals into entry level positions that are currently in demand in the mortgage industry. We combine a traditional classroom learning experience along with “hands on” mortgage software training to provide our students the most complete mortgage training found anywhere. Program includes:

• FHA, VA, & Regulatory Disclosures

• Conventional Underwriting

• Small Group (1-4) Tutoring
• Real Estate Principles (for Real Estate License) can be added- includes Principles course ($100), 2 day live review for state exam ($50), state exam ($25), CA Real Estate License ($145), Fingerprint fee for license ($74) and Real Estate calculator ($56) Total cost $450
